BALTIMORE- The Coppin State men's tennis team continued its home stand with a match against Hofstra on Friday, April 8 at the CSU Tennis Complex in Baltimore. The Eagles fell 6-1.

Andres Diaz racked up a victory in No. 6 singles defeating Zachary Chang of Hofstra with a score of 7-5, 3-6, 10-3. The Pride swept the first five singles matches and downed the Eagles for a 6-1 final.

In No. 3 singles action sophomore
Gavin Lewis fell in a competitive 7-5, 6-0 match.

Gabriel Franca (6-1, 6-2) and junior
Christian Duchnak (6-0, 6-1) were defeated in No. 1 and No. 2 singles match play,

Zaipo Oula (6-0, 6-0) and
Ross Olexa (6-2, 6-2) competed at No. 4 and No. 5 singles and loss.

Franca and Duchnak paired up in No. 1 doubles action and were downed 6-2.

Diaz and Lewis were teamed up and were defeated 6-1 in No. 2, while Oula and Olexa loss in No. 3 doubles match play 6-0.
