Ownership of Seat Locations – Coppin State Athletics own and control all rights to the seat locations for all home games. Purchasers of individual game tickets receive a license, in the form of the ticket, to use the seat location for the designated home games. Coppin State Athletics may revoke the license at any time upon refunding the actual purchase price. The license is granted on a game-to-game basis, and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relating to event tickets as established by Coppin State Athletics.
 
Individual Game Ticket Member of Record – The Individual Game Ticket member of Record is the person or business that is assigned to the account. The Individual Game Ticket member of record must provide Coppin State Athletics with the contact person for the account, particularly in the case of a business. Coppin State Athletics may exercise discretion in accepting payment(s) from a third party and such acceptance shall not confer any Individual Game Ticket membership privileges, including without limitation, renewal to the third party or cause Coppin State Athletics to change the name of the Individual Game Ticket member on the account.
 
Individual Game Ticket Membership Privileges are Non-Transferable – Individual Game Ticket members have no right to transfer seat locations designated by their tickets to any person or entity, whether by a request to transfer the account to another name, or by an attempt to transfer the seat locations or renewal privileges by sale, gift, transfer by will or trust, property settlement, transfer to creditors or by any other means. Any attempt to sell or otherwise transfer Individual Game Ticket membership privileges to third parties will not be recognized by Coppin State Athletics and may result in the cancellation of the Individual Game Ticket membership and all privileges. Any request to distribute tickets to a person not listed as the Individual Game Ticket member, whether as a result of bankruptcy or otherwise, will entitle Coppin State Athletics to withdraw the license represented by the tickets. This includes any Individual Game Ticket membership renewal privileges, upon refund by Coppin State Athletics of all accounts paid for games not yet played.
 
All Sales Final. No Refunds, Cancellations or Exchanges – Payments must be timely made on or before the dates listed in any agreed upon payment plan. Delivery of tickets shall be made no later than seven days prior to the first game of the season, and only upon receipt of full payment or for accounts that have not fallen behind in payments. For those on installment payment plans (group purchases only), in the event you fail to make any timely required payments, your membership will terminate, and any payments you made prior to the termination date will be forfeited by you. Notwithstanding the termination of your membership, you remain liable for the full payment of your purchase price.
 
Change of Address/Other Notices – It is the Individual Game Ticket member of record's responsibility to notify Coppin State Athletics, in writing and signed by the Individual Game Ticket member of record for the account, of any change of address to assure prompt delivery of tickets, notices and other dated material from Coppin State Athletics. Business accounts must submit any change notice on company letterhead with the signature of the contact person or an appropriate company official. Please include the Membership account number and a daytime phone number for the Individual Game Ticket member of record in all correspondence.
 
Renewal Procedures – Individual Game Ticket membership renewal notices will be delivered to the Individual Game Ticket member of record for each account. Due to the time necessary to process relocation requests, print and distribute tickets, accounts which do not meet payment deadlines will be subject to cancellation. Once Membership payments are received, they are applied to specific seat locations and are nonrefundable.
 
Seat Location Changes – Requests for Individual Game Ticket relocation are processed during the renewal period only. Requests for relocation will be considered based upon the seniority for each account, once Coppin State Athletics receive membership payment.
 
Distribution of Tickets – The tickets will be delivered to the Individual Game Ticket member of record or may be picked up at the main athletic office by the Individual Game Ticket member of record if prior arrangements are made with Coppin State Athletics ticket office. Coppin State Athletics reserve the right to approve or deny any request to distribute Individual Game Tickets to a person other than the member of record.
 
Acceptance of Terms/Conditions – Upon remitting any full or partial payment toward the purchase of your Individual Game Ticket membership, or by accepting delivery of your tickets and Individual Game Ticket member benefits, you acknowledge responsibility for payment of the full membership price, and accept and agree to the terms and conditions as stated.
 
Restrictions – Your ticket(s) may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of Coppin State Athletics.
 
Use of Image – You (or the user of your ticket for any particular game) grant permission to Coppin State Athletics, MEAC and the NCAA (and its designees and agents) to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the game in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.
 
Assumption of Risk/Release of Liability – You or the holder of the ticket to any game or event voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the game (including, but not limited to, injuries caused by players, fans, basketballs or other objects) whether occurring prior to, during or after the game, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise. You and your guests agree that neither Coppin State Athletics, Coppin State University, Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, the NCAA nor their respective affiliates, employees, agents or owners are liable for any injuries from such causes.
 
Rights Reserved – Coppin State Athletics reserve the right in their sole discretion to amend, update or modify policies and procedures relative to the Individual Game Ticket membership program upon notice to the member of record.
 
Coppin State Athletics retain the right to refuse sale. Only buyers with a purchase address within 300 miles of the Physical Education Complex are eligible to purchase Individual Game Tickets. A maximum of 9 seats may be purchased by any single Account Holder.
 
Individual Game Ticket payments are non-refundable and must be applied to an Individual Game Ticket on record.
