CSU Women’s Tennis Drops Consecutive Matches at Temple and Loyola

The Lady Eagles fought hard at the first two single spots against the Greyhounds. Ashley Milo at No. 1 and Carentxa Goede at No. 2 pushed their opponents to the brink. Milo went down 6-2, 6-2 while Geode suffered a 6-3, 6-1 loss. The two paired up in doubles action and took on Loyola's No. 1 team. In the end Loyola won 6-0 on their way to taking the entire match 7-0.

Coppin State's doubles team of Miranda Taylor and Precious Udofe battled in No. 2 competition against Temple. Despite a 6-4 defeat, the Lady Eagles duo had the most exciting match of the evening. In the end Temple was the stronger team rolling to victories in all of the doubles and singles completions.
