Women’s Tennis Suffers Home Loss to Howard

BALTIMORE – The women's tennis team at Coppin State University took a 7-0 loss to Howard in MEAC action on Tuesday, March 22^nd.

Coppin State went down in doubles action 6-1 in the top flight and then 6-3 at No. 2. Carentxa Goede teamed up with Ashley Milo taking on the Lady Bison No. 1 doubles pair while Miranda Taylor and Precious Udofe went to was at No. 2.

 Howard kept the momentum going sweeping the singles matches and issued the Lady Eagles a loss in their MEAC home opener.

Coppin State tennis teams return to the courts on Friday, March 25^th in a road MEAC contest against Norfolk State University at 3 p.m.
