SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Coppin State invades one of the most storied campuses in America when it visits the University of Notre Dame Wednesday night at the Purcell Pavilion inside of the Joyce Center. The game will be streamed live on ESPN3 starting at 7:00 p.m.

This is the first meeting all-time between Coppin State and Notre Dame.

ESPN3 with Wayne Randazzo (play-by-play) and Sean Harrington (analyst) calling the action. A free audio broadcast will be available on WatchND.tv. Jack Nolan will handle play-by-play duties, while Jordan Cornette will serve as the analyst. The contest also is available on Sirius 84 and XM 84.

About Coppin State
Coppin State suffered road setbacks to Oregon (107-65) and Illinois (114-56). Jahvari Josiah scored 11 points in both games for the Eagles. Arnold Fripp is Coppin State's leading scorer at 11.5 points per contest. Fripp scored 16 points against Oregon. Christian Kessee scored a career-high 11 points against Illinois. In each game this season, Daquan Brickhouse has opened the scoring with a 3-pointer. Through two games, Coppin State is averaging 6.5 blocks per outing.
 
A Look At Notre Dame
Members of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), Notre Dame is off to a 2-0 start for the eighth straight season and the 14th time in 15 campaigns under head coach Mike Brey after beating Binghamton (82-39) and Navy (92-53). The Fighting Irish are looking to get to 3-0 for the first time since the 2011-12 season. Notre Dame is allowing 46 points per game. Notre Dame is 52-1 at home in the month of November under Brey. Junior forward Zach Auguste has posted a career-high point total in each of the first two games this season. He tallied 19 points in the season opener versus Binghamton and followed that up with a 20-point effort against Navy. He is 14-of-22 (.636) from the field.
 
Tough Travel
This is Coppin State's third game of a season-opening four-game road trip in which it will play in all four time zones in the contigious United States. Overall, Coppin State starts the season with one home game in its first seven contests and two home contests in its first 12 games.
