BALTIMORE – Coppin State softball head coach
Ashley Cook announced the Eagles' 2021 season schedule on Thursday morning, starting with a three-game home series against Stony Brook on March 6-7.
The Eagles will host MEAC rivals Howard (Apr. 24-25) and Morgan State (May 1-2) In back-to-back doubleheaders while traveling to conference foes Delaware State (Mar. 20-21) and Norfolk State (Apr. 2-3). Coppin will also take part in a MEAC Roundup on April 16-18 in Orangeburg, S.C., and will take on Southern Division members Florida A&M, North Carolina A&T, North Carolina Central and host South Carolina State.
Also on the docket are away trips to George Mason (Mar. 13-14), UMBC (Mar. 24) and Towson (Mar. 31), a home-and-home series with Mount St. Mary's and a home twinbill against Bucknell on April 11.
The MEAC Tournament is set for May 13-15 in Norfolk, Va.
