• Coppin State shot a season-high 47% from behind the three-point arc while tying a season-best on 25 made shots in their tenth road game of the season at Akron (87-63). The Zips led the entire way shooting 56% from the field (29-51) and 46% (12-26) from long range. Senior guard
Keith Shivers led the Eagles in scoring and rebounding with 13 points and six boards.
• Coppin State has opened the season with eleven consecutive losses, their worst start to a season since 2005-06, when the Eagles went 0-12 but finished strong in MEAC play going 12-6 in league play. CSU last won the MEAC Tournament in 2007-08 after going 7-9 in conference play during the regular season.
• Coppin State ranks 14th in the nation in 3-pt field goal attempts (255), 30th in total rebounds (385), 62nd in free-throw attempts (216) and 73rd in total three-point field goals made (77). The Eagles lead the MEAC in total rebounds and are second in free-throw attempts, three-point field goal attempts, and total three-points made. They are third in offensive rebounds per game (12.18).
UP NEXT
The Eagles will host Goldey-Beacom College for their second home game of the season on Thursday, December 15 (7:30 p.m. ET) in the Physical Education Complex. After the Lightning, Coppin State will welcome Louisiana at Monroe to the PEC Arena on Tuesday, December 20 (2 p.m. ET) before concluding non-conference play at Mount St. Mary's on Thursday, December 22 (7 p.m. ET).
ABOUT THE BULLS
Buffalo (4-5) lost their last three games on the road, but are undefeated at home winning 85-38 against Nazareth on Nov. 17. Four are averaging in double figure scoring for the Bulls led by Blake Hamilton's 17.7 ppg. Nick Perkins (15.0 ppg), CJ Massinburg (14.0 ppg) and Willie Conner (13.6 ppg) are the other top scorers.

EAGLES RECAP AT CLEMSON
The Eagles had a season-high 22 turnovers and struggled to get to the free-throw line with only four attempts in an 85-43 loss at Clemson on Sunday, Dec. 4. Senior forward
Terry Harris Jr. made 5-of-11 shots from the field in 26 minutes of action finishing with a Coppin State high 14 points. He grabbed six rebounds and had one steal in his second game back from injury. Junior

MADE THREE-POINTERS STREAK CONTINUES FOR EAGLES
Coppin State has made at least one three-point field goal in 197 consecutive games over the past seven seasons; which is the current longest streak in the nation. The last time the Eagles were unable to register a made three-pointer in a game was back on Feb. 22, 2010 at Delaware State (0-8).
EAGLES LAST DIVISION I NON-CONFERENCE VICTORY
Coppin State has not defeated an NCAA Division I opponent in three seasons. The last non-conference victory came at home on December 11, 2013 against UMBC (91-71). That season CSU also defeated Ohio Valley (96-79) and Oregon State (78-73). Head Coach
