SATURDAY'S MATCHUPCoppin State has compiled a 49-11 all-time record against Bethune Cookman and split wins in two meetings last season. The Eagles defeated the Wildcats in the opening round of the 2015 MEAC Basketball Tournament but lost at home, 58-53.

Bethune Cookman enters this weekend ranked fifth in the MEAC standings (2-1). The Wildcats, under the guidance of fifth-year head coach Gravelle Craig, have gone 5-12 this season with wins over Trinity College, Tennessee-Martin, Trinity Baptist, South Carolina State, and Norfolk State. Jordan Potts, a 5-foot-10 guard, sat out last season after transferring from UNC-Greensboro leads the Wildcats in scoring (16.6 ppg), assists (4.1 apg), steals (2.1 spg), and minutes (37.1mpg).
WHAT'S DOWN THE ROADCoppin State heads to Tallahassee, Fla. on Monday, Jan. 18 for their third consecutive MEAC away contest with a matchup against Florida A&M. The Rattlers last hosted the Eagles two seasons ago on Feb. 15, 2014 where Coppin State suffered an 82-71, defeat. The teams faced each other last year with Coppin State securing an 87-75, win on Jan. 19, 2015 in Baltimore, Md. The Eagles have recorded a 35-20 all-time record against Florida A&M but lost three of their last five meetings against FAMU.

MOST POINTS IN A GAME: Terry Harris, 27 points, at San Francisco (Dec. 18, 2015)Terry Harris Jr., was on fire as he torched the Dons for a career high 27 points, on 8-of-14 accuracy from the field. Harris Jr., was a perfect 3-of-3 for 3-point range and 8-of-8 from the charity stripe, including 18 points on 5-of-6 shooting on 3-of-3 from 3-point land and 5-of-5 from the free throw line. It was Harris' second 20-point scoring game this season. He added three rebounds, two steals and two blocks before fouling out late in the second half.
MOST REBOUNDS IN A GAME: Terry Harris, 11 rebounds, Akron (Dec. 2, 2015)Terry Harris Jr., recorded his fifth double-double of the season. Harris Jr., scored 12 points and collected 11 boards for the Eagles. He has led the Eagles in rebounding in every game so far this season.
MOST ASSISTS IN A GAME: Trevon Seymore, 8 assists, vs. Norfolk State (Dec. 7, 2015)Trevon Seymore dished out a career high eight assists in the Eagles setback to the Pirates. He added three points, four rebounds and one steal in a team high 34 minutes played.
