Taariq Cephas led Coppin State in two games against Bethune-Cookman and Florida A&M by averaging 17 points per game. He had 12 points against BCU in a 58-53 defeat. He scored 22 points, handed out six rebounds, made six steals and grabbed five rebounds in an 87-75 victory over FAMU. Cephas is averaging 11.7 points per game for the Eagles this season, who travel to North Carolina Central for a Saturday showdown.
