Senior outfielder John Kraft was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Baseball Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday, April 4th. The Nutley, NJ native went 8-for-15 (.533) with three home runs, seven RBIs, three doubles, six runs scored and three walks, in four games against Georgetown and Norfolk State. He registered five putouts with one error. Kraft leads the Eagles in slugging percentage (.573), home runs (4), and in stolen bases (6). He is second on the team in batting average (.320), runs scored (19), hits (24), RBIs (13), doubles (5), total bases (43), and walks (13). In the MEAC, he ranks seventh in slugging percentage and ninth in on base percentage (.453).
