NACOGDOCHES, Texas – Coppin State's bowling program has been recognized by the National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) All-Academic Team, it was announced by the organization on Wednesday. Teams must have recorded at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average for the academic year to be eligible for consideration.
The Eagles were one of seven MEAC programs to receive All-Academic Team recognition along with Alabama-Birmingham, Delaware State, Maryland Eastern Shore, Monmouth, Morgan State and North Carolina A&T.
Additionally,
Logan Brown and
Lynn Porter were honored as NTCA All-Academic Scholar Athletes for posting at least a 3.4 cumulative grade point average for the academic year.
