NORFOLK, Va. – Coppin State's
Shenae Harrison has been named to the All-MEAC Bowling Team, it was announced by the league office on Thursday night. A Third Team selection, Harrison is earning All-Conference honors for the first time and is the first Eagles bowler to earn All-MEAC honors since Logan Brown and Kaylah Castillo did so in 2023.
A sophomore from Chesterfield, Va., Harrison averaged 17.84 pins per frame with a 77.1 overall fill percentage. Harrison recorded a 36.9 strike percentage, converted on 63.7% of her spares and 70.4% of her makeable spares. She finished 11
th overall at MEAC Meet #2 with a 192.57 average in seven traditional matches while posting a team-high 88.6 overall fill percentage, 28 strikes, and an 84.2 makeable spare conversion percentage.
The Eagles will face second-seeded UAB, who ranks 19
th in the NTCA Poll, in the opening match of the MEAC Tournament on Friday, March 20 at 9:00 am.
