SMYRNA, Del. – The Coppin State men's cross country team opened its 2019 season with a fourth place finish at the DSU Hornet XC Invitational on Saturday morning at the Delaware State Outreach & Research Center.
Leading the way for the Eagles was
Kymere Prtichett, who completed the 5k course in 19:35 to place 17
th of 26 runners. He was followed closely by
Randy Serville in 20:11.
Jervonne Agard and
Eryk Goode came in seconds apart in 20:57 and 21:01, respectively, while
Nku Henry rounded out the competitors for Coppin in 21:53.
Coppin returns to action on Saturday, September 21 at the UMES XC Invitational in Princess Anne, Md.
