2013 (Sophomore): Named to the All-MEAC Volleyball Academic Team and the All-MEAC second team. Appeared in all 31 matches and played a total of 111 sets. She was second on the team with 69 blocks and third with 241 kills. She averaged 2.60 points, 2.17 kills, 0.62 blocks and 0.52 digs per set. Thomas had seven matches in which she finished with double digit kills: 18 against Morgan State (Oct. 20), 14 vs. St. Francis (Sept. 14), 13 against Howard (Oct. 13) and New Jersey Tech (Nov. 8), 11 each against Hampton (Oct. 25) and Norfolk State (Oct. 27) and 10 against Bethune-Cookman (Nov. 15). She had a season-high .750 hitting percentage against Morgan State (18-0-24). In the MEAC tournament, Thomas had a .600 hitting percentage against Bethune-Cookman (10-1-15). She had 60 block assists on the season, including a season-high six each against Siena (Sept. 1) and Temple (Sept. 7).
