2022-23 – (Indoor): Made lone appearance of the year in the Mile at the Carolina Challenge and finished in 5:38.59.
 
2021-22 – (Outdoor): Finished 6^th in the 1,500 (4:54.57) and 7^th in the 800m (2:23.45) after clocking a 2:18.95 in the prelims at the MEAC Championships… Helped the SMR clock a 4:07.04 at the Penn Relays… Covered the 800m (2:17.72) and helped the 4x400m take 2^nd in 3:53.80 at the Morgan State Legacy… Ran a season-best 2:14.22 to finish 3^rd in the 800m at the Aggie Invitational… Doubled in the 400m (57.82) and 1,500m (4:51.03) while helping the 4x400m to a 3:57.86 at the Towson Invitational… Took 6^th in the 800m (2:17.57) at the Weems Baskin Relays… Opened the season with a 4:47.96 in the 1,500 to take 3^rd at the Maryland Invitational while the 4x400m took 4^th in 3:54.89. (Indoor): Named the MEAC’s Most Outstanding Performer after winning conference titles in the 800m (2:14.74), Mile (5:07.99) and DMR (12:12.22), setting a school-record… Took 6^th in the Mile (5:18.23) and helped win the 4x400m (3:49.89) at the Kenneth Giles NSU Invitational… Clocked a 2:13.26 in the 800m at the BU Scarlet & White Invitational… Ran a 2:16.97 in the 800m and 4:01.75 in the 4x400m at the Carolina Challenge… Opened the season by taking 2^nd in both the Mile (5:30.29) and 4x400m (3:51.15) at the HBCU Showcase. (XC): Earned All-MEAC honors by finishing 15^th at the MEAC Championships in PR 2:20.1… Took 3^rd at the DSU Invite in 20:38.4… Placed 6^th at The Shore XC Invite in 20:46.8… Opened the season by taking 3^rd at the DSU Invite in 22:58.8 in an oversized 5K course.
 
2020-21 – (Outdoor): Wrapped up the season with a 2:16.16 at the Aggie Twilight… Clocked a 2:17.55 in the 800m at the Virginia Grand Prix… Finished the 800m in 2:19.30 and 2:18.46 at the Aggie Invitational and Aggie Classic in back-to-back meets… Took 4^th in the 400m (59.48) and helped the 4x400m (4:07.75) to the silver at the DSU Sting Invite… Doubled in the 800m (2:19.88) and 1,500m (5:02.82) while leading the 4x400m (3:53.84) to a win at the Towson Invitational… Opened season with a 2:20.82 in the 800m and 5:07.34 in the Mile at Weems Baskin Relays. (Indoor): Finished 6^th in the 800m (2:16.17) at the Kenneth Giles NSU Invite… Placed 2^nd in the 800m (2:17.33) at the East Coast Invitational… Clocked a 2:21.71 in the 800m and helped the 4x400m to a win in 3:51.96 at the VMI Team Challenge.
 
2019-20 – (Indoor): Debuted for CSU on the track by taking 4^th in the Mile (5:26.15) at the HBCU Battle. (XC): Took 22^nd at the MEAC Championships in 20:25.7… Made CSU debut at the DSU Alumni Invite, placing 11^th overall in 21:34.1.
