2022-23 – (Outdoor): Took sixth in the 400m (59.44) at Maryland’s Kehoe Twilight Meet… Helped 4x400 (3:45.79) to win at the NSU Invitational… Clocked a 58.39 in the 400m at South Florida Invitational… Opened season with a 58.70 in the 400m while helping 4x400 (3:57.11) to ninth place finish at Weems Baskin Relays. (Indoor): Finished 9^th at Fastrack National Invitational in 400m (58.62), just after running the 500m (1:18.31) and 4x400 (4:00.85) at the BU Scarlet & White Invite. (XC): Ran a 22:36.8 5K at The Shore XC Invite a week after clocking a 22:10.0 at the DSU Sting Invite. (Academic): College Sports Communications Academic All-District selection… Received MEAC All-Academic Team honors prior to Cross Country, Indoor & Outdoor Championships… Named to Commissioner’s All-Academic Team.

2021-22 – (Outdoor): Placed seventh in the 400m (56.67) at the MEAC Championships while helping the 4x400 (3:37.34) to a silver medal… Helped the 4x400 (3:35.70) to a school-record time at Penn Relays… Finished 5^th in the 400m (57.22) at the Morgan State Legacy while running a leg on the victorious 4x400 (3:40.96)… Took 6^th in the 400m (57.09) at the NSU Invitational while helping the 4x400 (3:57.12) to a fifth place finish… Ran first open 400m (57.12) of the season at Weems Baskin Relays… Opened season by taking 4th in the 800m (2:21.34) at Maryland Invitational. (Indoor): Helped the DMR (12:12.22) set a school-record and take gold at the MEAC Championships and clocked a 2:22.01 to finish 7^th in the 800… Placed 6^th in the 800m (2:22.69) at the Kenneth Giles NSU invite… Made debut in the 800m (2:19.79) at the BU Scarlet & White Invitational… Clocked a 58.42 in the 400m while helping the 4x400 (3:44.43) finish 4^th at the Carolina Challenge… Made CSU track debut at the HBCU Showcase, taking 4^th in the 400m (58.18) while helping the 4x400 (3:51.15) finish 2^nd. (XC): Just missed out on All-Conference honors, taking 18^th at the MEAC Championships (20:43.9)… Made CSU debut at the DSU XC Invite, covering the 5K in 22:15.4. (Academic): Named to Commissioner’s All-Academic Team and received MEAC All-Academic Team prior to Indoor & Outdoor Championships.

2020-21 at Central Arizona College: Won NJCAA Region I Championship in the 400m (57.76) while placing 3^rd in the 800m (2:24.34) while helping 4x400 to gold (3:58.63) and 4x800 (9:56.61) to the silver… At NJCAA Nationals, placed 7^th in the 800 (2:17.85), 11^th in the 4x400 and 15^th in the 400… Ran season-best time of 56.74 in the 400m at the Paradise Valley Spring Invite.
