2024 Outdoor: Finished ninth in the 400m hurdles (1:03.11) while helping the 4x400m (3:48.90) take third at the IC4A Championship… Placed sixth in the 400m hurdles (1:02.58) and fifth in the 4x400m (3:48.15) at the MEAC Championship… Helped the 4x400m to finals of Penn Relays and finish in 3:48.78… Clocked a 1:03.20 in the 400m hurdles at the Morgan State Legacy… Ran a 12.84 in the 100m at the DSU Invitational… Covered the 400m hurdles in 1:04.91 at the Bison Classic… Ran a 1:03.38 in the 400m hurdles along with a leg of the 4x400m (3:50.72) at the Texas Relays… Doubled up in the 200m (26.33) and 400m hurdles (1:05.26) at the Towson Spring Opener.
 
2023-24 Indoor: Finished 13^th in the 400m (58.50) and second in the 4x400m (3:48.02) at the MEAC Championship… Ran a 59.61 in the 400m at the Fastrack National Invite, a week after opening with a 1:00.13 in the 400m at the BU Scarlet & White Invitational.
 
2023 Cross Country: Finished 55^th overall in 34:31.7 at the MEAC Championship.

2022-23 – (Outdoor): Finished 10^th at the IC4A Championships in the 400m hurdles (1:03.29) after taking 7^th in the event at the MEAC Championships in a PR 1:02.06… Also helped the 4x400m (3:42.33) earn the silver at the conference championships… Placed 2^nd in the 400m hurdles (1:02.33) at the Morgan State Legacy and NSU Invitational where she went 1:03.32… Took 9^th in the 400m hurdles (1:04.77) at the South Florida Invitational… PR’d in the 200m (25.20) while clocking a 1:03.79 in the 400m hurdles to open the season at Weems Baskin Relays. (Indoor): Took 9^th in a personal-record 57.18 in the 400m at the BU Last Chance National Qualifier… Placed 13^th in the 400m (57.91) at the MEAC Championships while helping the 4x400m (3:40.58) to the silver… Doubled in the 200m (25.84) and 400m (58.24) at the BU Scarlet & White Invite… Clocked a 57.83 in the 400m at the Penn State National Open… Ran a 10.08 in the 60m hurdles at the Carolina Challenge after opening the season with a 58.47 in the 400m and 10.26 in the 60m hurdles at the HBCU Showcase. (XC): Finished 48^th at the MEAC Championships in 28:14.7 after clocking a 31:31.5 and 31:37 at The Shore XC Invite and season-opening DSU Sting Invite.(Academic): Named to MEAC All-Academic Team for cross country, indoor & outdoor track… Also received MEAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognition.
 
2021-22 – (Outdoor): Took 7^th in the 400m hurdles (1:06.05) after running a 1:04.06 preliminary time at the MEAC Championships where she also took 16^th in the 200m (26.30)… Helped the Sprint Medley Relay finish in 4:07.04 at Penn Relays… Finished 2^nd in both the 400m hurdles (1:05.27) and 4x400m (3:53.80) at the Morgan State Legacy… Doubled in the 200 (25.32) and 400m (57.57) while running a leg of the 4x400m (3:57.12) at the NSU Invitational… Clocked a 1:05.44 in the 400m hurdles at the Aggie Invitational… Ran in both the 200m (25.51) and 400m hurdles (1:07.82) while helping the 4x400m (3:57.86) at the Towson Invitational… Competed in the 400m hurdles (1:04.29) at the Weems Baskin Relays… Opened season with a 1:07.71 in the 400m hurdles while taking 4^th in the 4x400m (3:54.89) at the Maryland Invitational.  (XC): Opened the season with a 31:53 in an oversized 5K course at the DSU XC Invite. .(Academic): Named to MEAC All-Academic Team for cross country, indoor & outdoor track… Also received MEAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll recognition.
 
2020-21 – (Outdoor): Clocked a 1:00.11 in the 400m and helped the 4x400m (3:45.05) finish 2^nd at the Aggie Twilight.
 
2019-20 – (Indoor): Earned bronze medal in the 4x400m (3:49.38) at the MEAC Championships… Clocked a 58.59 in the 400m at the Armory Last Chance… Finished the 400m in 58.12 while taking 2^nd in the 4x400m (3:46.77) at the VMI Indoor Classic… Covered the 400m in 58.18 at the Albany Winter Classic… Helped the 4x400m finish in 3:50.07 while clocking a 59.28 in the 400m at the BU Scarlet & White Invite… Competed at the Terrapin Invitational and ran a 1:04.25 in the 400m… Opened season with a win in the 500m (1:22.06) at the HBCU Battle and helped 4x400m (3:59.67) to a 4^th place finish. (XC): Clocked a season-best 25:16.7 in the 5K at the DSU Alumni Invite… Finished in 28:58.3 at the DSU Pre-Conference Invite… Made CSU debut at the MD Eastern Shore Invite in 26:05.0.
