2022-23 – (Outdoor): Finished 19^th in the 800m (2:13.80) at the IC4A Championships… Placed 2^nd in the MEAC Championships in both the 800m (2:12.19) and 4x400m (3:42.33)… Ran a leg of the SMR (4:08.13) at the Penn Relays… Won the 800m (2:13.82) while taking 2^nd in the 1,500m (4:41.63) at the Morgan State Legacy… Took 2^nd in the NSU Invitational in the 1,500m (4:52.42)… Finished 4^th in the 800m (2:11.54) at the South Florida Invitational… Helped the 4x400m (3:49.13) win the Towson Spring Open while taking 5^th in the 1,500m (4:45.26)… Opened campaign with a 2:18.70 in the 800m while running a leg of the 4x400m (3:57.11) at the Weems Baskin Relays. (Indoor): Wrapped up the season with a 2:11.13 in the 800m at the BU Last Chance National Qualifier… Took 4^th in the 800m at the MEAC Championships in 2:14.44… Ran a 2:11.52 at the BU Scarlet & White Invite and helped the 4x400m (3:42.65) finish 3^rd… Crossed the finish of the 1,000m at the Penn State National Open in 3:03.99… Clocked a 2:11.79 in the 800m at the Carolina Challenge… Won the 500m at the season-opening HBCU Showcase in 1:16.46. (XC): Placed 19^th at the MEAC Championships in 20:35.9… Covered the 6K at the Delaware Invitational in 27:30.8… Finished 5^th at the DSU Farm Invite in 21:23.5… Crossed the finish of The Shore XC Invite in 20:57.7… Opened the year by finishing the DSU Sting Invite in 22:57.0. (Academic): Named to MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team and earned Academic All-MEAC prior to cross country, indoor & outdoor championships.
 
2021-22 – (Outdoor): ,Ran the 800m in 2:18.05 to take 7^th at the Weems Baskin Relays… Opened the season with a 5:05.45 in the 1,500m at the Maryland Invitational while running a leg of the 4x400m (3:54.89). (Indoor): Took 2^nd in the 800m (2:15.27) at the MEAC Championships while helping the DMR to the gold in a school-record 12:12.22.. Clocked a 5:37.58 in the Mile and helped the 4x400m (3:49.89) win the Kenneth Giles NSU Invitational… Clocked a 2:13.16 in the 800m at the BU Scarlet & White Invitational… Covered the 800m (2:16.05) and ran a leg of the 4x400m (3:44.43) at the Carolina Challenge… Made CSU debut on the track, taking 6^th in the Mile (5:45.16) and 4^th in the 4x400m (4:05.99) at the HBCU Showcase. (XC): Finished 21^st at the MEAC Championships in 20:57.0… Took 6^th at the DSU Invite II in 21:11.5… Placed 17^th at The Shore XC Invite in 21:46.4… Made CSU debut at the oversized DSU Invite, placing 5^th in 23:26.7.
