2024 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCA East Prelims in the 400m dash but did not start… Helped the 4x400m Relay to a 3:09.12 at the Penn Relays… Took second in the 400m dash with a personal record 46.72 at the Morgan State Legacy while also clocking a 21.46 in the 200m… Finished second in the 400m dash (49.05) at the DSU Invitational… Ran a leg of the 4x400m Relay that advanced to finals and took sixth overall at the Texas Relays in 3:10.22… Covered the 800m in 2:01.99 at the Maryland Invitational… Opened the season with a 49.91 in the 400m at the Towson Opener.
 
2023-24 Indoor: Helped the 4x400m to the gold in a school-record 3:09.99 at the MEAC Championships while taking sixth in the 400m (47.99)… Ran a leg of the victorious 4x400m Relay at the 116^th Millrose Games… Clocked a 48.66 in the 400m dash while helping the 4x400m Relay take second in 3:11.28 at BU Scarlet & White Invite… Opened the season by taking fourth in the 500m (1:05.97) and 4x400m at the KPMG HBCU Showcase.

2022-23 – (Outdoor): Took 21^st in the 400m (48.83) while helping the 4x400m (3:08.89) to a 3^rd place finish at the IC4A Championships… Finished 4^th in the 400m (47.31) while leading the 4x400m (3:09.58) to the silver at the MEAC Championships… Clocked a 47.63 in the 400m at the Morgan State Legacy… Notched a top ten performance with a 48.84 in the 400m at the NSU Invitational… Placed 3^rd at the South Florida Invitational in the 400m (47.87)… Shaved six seconds off his previous time in the 800m (2:02.52) at the Towson Spring Open… Opened the season with a 2:08.83 in the 800m while running a leg of the 4x400m (3:15.31) at the Weems Baskin Relays. (Indoor): Led the 4x400m (3:14.25) to gold while taking 10^th in the 400m (49.23) at the MEAC Championships… Ran a 48.71 in the 400m at the BU Scarlet & White Invite… Clocked a 48.85 in the 400m and 3:16.60 in the 4x400m at the Penn State National Open… Finished the 400m in 49.09 while leading the 4x400m (3:15.53) at the Carolina Challenge… Made CSU debut while running a leg of the 4x400m (3:22.73) that took 6^th at the HBCU Showcase.
 
Prior to Coppin: Competed at Essex CC and helped the 4x800m to 14^th place at the 2022 NJCAA Outdoor Championships… Finished 5^th in the 4x800m at the 2022 NJCAA Indoor Championships while placing 8^th in the 4x400m, 12^th in the DMR and 15^th in the 600m (1:20.94)… Helped the 4x400m to a win at the 114^th Millrose Games… Clocked best times in the 400m (47.93), 400H (54.31), 500m (1:05.68) and 800m (1:57.85).
