2024 Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 3,000m Steeplechase (10:45.32) at the MEAC Championships while taking 12^th in the 5,000m (16:57.48)… Clocked a 4:24.33 in the 1,500m at the Morgan State Legacy… Took fifth in both the 1,500m (4:22.58) and 3,000m (9:9:39.97) at the DSU Invitational… Covered the 5,000m in 16:41.65 at the Bison Classic to finish second… Doubled up in the 800m (2:09.49) and 1,500m (4:21.96) at the Towson Invitational… Clocked a 4:22.63 in the 1,500m and 9:32.03 in the 3,000m at Maryland Invitational… Opened season with tenth place finishes in the 1,500m (4:15.59) and 5,000m (16:19.06) at Towson Spring Opener.
 
2023-24 Indoor: Finished 13^th in the 3,000m (9:04.71) and 5,000m (16:36.21) while helping the DMR take sixth (10:32.66) at MEAC Championships… Doubled in the Mile (4:38.42) and 3,000m (9:07.55) at the Fastrack National Invite… Placed 11^th in the 5,000m in a personal record 16:08.56 in the Carolina Challenge… Covered the Mile (4:41.82) and 3,000m (9:23.70) at the KPMG HBCU Showcase… Made CSU track debut with a 9:32.60 in the 3,000m at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invite.
