2024 Outdoor: Qualified for the 400m dash at MEAC Championships with a time of 49.33 and threw the javelin a personal record 51.40m (168’ 8”) at the Morgan State Legacy… Also doubled up in the 100m (11.08) and 200m (22.56) at Morgan State… Won the javelin with a mark of 42.34m (138’ 11”) while clocking a 51.11 at the Bison Classic… Took fourth in the javelin with a toss of 40.29m (132’ 2”) while placing fifth in the 200m (22.82) at the Maryland Invitational… Helped the 4x400m to gold at the Towson Spring Opener (3:15.27) while taking sixth in the 400m (51.33).
 
2023-24 Indoor: Ran a personal record 49.33 in the 400m at the MEAC Championships… Helped the 4x400m win the Fastrack National Invitational in 3:20.32 while doubling up in the 200m (22.40) and 400m (50.72)… Doubled in the 200m (22.36) and 400m (50.30) at the BU Scarlet & White Invitational… Took 15^th in the 400m (51.68) at the KPMG HBCU Showcase… Opened season with a 52.22 in the 400m at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational, taking fifth overall.
