Prior to Coppin: Played two seasons at Tennessee State where he averaged 10.1 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 0.8 steals in 59 games while starting in 29 games... Put up 8.5 points and 2.4 rebounds in 30 games in his first season and received one OVC Newcomer of the Week award while reaching double figures 14 times... Season-high 17 points against Lipscomb... Upped his production to 11.8 points and 2.8 rebounds while making 24 starts as a sophomore... Scored a career-high 30 points at Western Kentucky while making 10-of-15 field goals, three 3-pointers and 7-of-10 from the line...
