2024 Outdoor: Finished third at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the 400m hurdles with a personal record 52.14 while helping the 4x400m take second in 3:10.07… Ran a leg of the 4x400m that took third in 3:10.79 at MEAC Championships… Competed at Penn Relays in the 400m hurdles (52.74), 4x100m (40.71) and 4x400m (3:09.12)… Won the 400m hurdles (52.53) and 4x100 (40.31) while clocking a 21.83 in the 200m at the Morgan State Legacy… Victorious in the 400m hurdles (53.43) and 4x100 (40.89) at DSU Invitational… Took 9^th in the 400m hurdles (53.59) at Texas Relays while also competing in the 4x100 (40.37) and 4x400 that took sixth in 3:10.22.
 
2023-24 Indoor: Helped the 4x400m to  a school record while winning the MEAC Championship in 3:09.88… Also took 11^th in the 200m (21.72) and 400m (48.76) at MEACs… Ran a leg of the victorious 4x400m at the 116^th Millrose Games… Took seventh in the 200m (21.87) at the Fastrack National Invite… Clocked a 48.23 in the 400m while helping the 4x400m (3:11.28) take second at BU Scarlet & White Invitational… Took fourth in the 600m (1:18.34) at Penn State National Open and third in the 4x400m (3:13.63)… Won both the 400m (48.47) and 4x400 (3:11.47) at the Carolina Challenge… Debuted with a second-place finish in the 500m (1:03.96) and 4x400 at the KPMG HBCU Showcase.
