2019 (Senior): Started in 29 of the 37 games he appeared in at both corner outfield positions… Hit .284 with 16 runs, 29 hits, 3 doubles, 3 home runs and 17 RBI and also stole 7 bases… Drew 15 walks and accumulated a .402 slugging percentage and .397 on-base percentage… During conference play, hit .302 with 11 runs, 3 doubles, 2 home runs and 10 RBI while drawing six walks and 4 steals… Slugged .512 in those games… Recorded nine multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games which a season-high three RBI against UMBC… Scored three times while collecting a pair of hits and a RBI against Maryland Eastern Shore… Recorded home runs at Savannah State and against Delaware State and UMES.

2018 (Junior): Made 24 starts while appearing in 30 games in the outfield, first base and designated hitter... Hit .173 with ten runs scored, three doubles, a home run and eight RBI... Drew 14 walks and hit three sacrifice flies... Doubled in his Coppin debut in season opener at North Carolina A&T... Slugged a home run at Mount St. Mary's which also was his only multi-hit game (2/21)... Had a four-game hit streak early in the season which included games against Wagner, at Navy and a pair of games at Eastern Kentucky... Reached twice on walks at Georgetown (3/14) and at Lehigh (4/25)... Scored twice while going 1-for-1 with a walk and a hit by pitch in game one against Delaware State (3/25).

Drew's career ambition is to become a professional baseball player. In high school he played baseball and basketball. There, he was homerun record holder (2015), All-State team (2015), All-Area team (2015), First Team All-Conference (2014-2015), All-Conference second team (2013), Student-Athlete of the Catholic League (2013-2014) and Region Champion (2012/ 2014).
