BALTIMORE – Coppin State head men's and women's golf coach
Elam Ruff has unveiled the inaugural 2026-27 season schedules for both programs on Friday afternoon.
"These schedules represent an important milestone for our program," said Ruff. "Our student-athletes will have the opportunity to compete, grow, and help establish the foundation of Coppin State Golf. We are grateful for the opportunity to showcase our university, build meaningful relationships throughout the collegiate golf community, and begin creating a tradition of excellence both on and off the course."
Women's Schedule
Coppin makes its debut at the Elon Invitational on Sept. 14-15 before joining the men's team in Chicago for the Maurice Allen Intercollegiate Championship. The following weekend, Coppin will head to Western Pennsylvania for Mercyhurst's Evann Parker Memorial before closing the semester, once again with the men's team, at the Fripp Island Intercollegiate on October 22-25.
The Eagles will be in action for three-straight weeks to open the Spring season, starting with the Rivertowne Intercollegiate on February 15-16. Coppin heads to the Sunshine State the following week for the Stetson Hatter Invitational before heading back North for the River Landing Classic in North Carolina on March 1-2. CSU will take a couple weeks off before the NKU Spring Invitational at the end of March and closes the season at the Rutgers Invitational on April 10-11.
