BALTIMORE – Coppin State volleyball head coach
Tim Walsh released the Eagles' 2021 spring season schedule on Thursday morning, which opens on Saturday, January 30 at George Mason.
The Eagles will play home-and-home series with MEAC Northern Division rivals Delaware State, Howard and Morgan State while also making a crosstown trip to UMBC on February 22.
CSU opens MEAC play with back-to-back home matches on February 11-12 against Delaware State before splitting home contests with Howard on February 18-19. Archrival Morgan State comes to Coppin on February 25-26 with the return trip to East Baltimore on March 11-12.
MEAC favorite Howard hosts the Eagles on March 4 with the Bison coming to West Baltimore the following night. The regular season concludes with back-to-back matches at Delaware State on March 18-19.
The MEAC Tournament is set for April 2-3 in Norfolk, Va.
Last season, Coppin advanced to the MEAC Semifinals with a 13-18 overall record while going 8-7 in league play. The Eagles return First Team All-MEAC selections
