First Set
- Coppin got out to a 3-0 lead on kills by Asia Stennis and Jordan Celestine along with an ace by Brianna Lang.
- Binghamton answered with three-straight points to tie the score and opened a 16-14 lead, its largest of the set.
- Following a Bearcats service error, Miajavon Coleman had a pair of kills, sandwiching an ace by Salma Gonzalez to put the Eagles back on top, 18-16.
- BU once again answered with tree-straight to retake the lead and the advantage traded a couple times before head coach Tim Walsh called timeout trailing, 23-22.
- The stoppage in play benefitted the Navy & Gold as the Bearcats hit a serve into the net and CSU got a kill by Paola Caten and another BU error to take the opening set, 25-23.
Second Set
- Binghamton opened strong and took an 12-9 lead, but a kill by Salma Gonzalez and a BU error started a long CSU run.
- A kill by the Bearcats gave the Green & Black a 13-11 advantage, but Coppin ran off eight-straight points to take a 19-13 lead. Miajavon Coleman had three kills during the stretch.
- The Bearcats got as close as 21-18 but Coppin got kills from Christa Johnson and Sydney Hicks along with a service ace by Coleman to make it a 24-18 ballgame.
- Following a Binghamton kill, Johnson put the set away with a kill of her own, 25-19.
- Coleman recorded seven kills of the team's 15 kills during the set as the Eagles hit .258 while holding the Bearcats to just .080.
Third Set
- The teams traded small leads early in the set, but Coppin kept Binghamton at bay and pulled away in the final stages to earn the match victory.
- With the Eagles clinging to a 19-18 lead, Jordan Celestine was credited with a kill and three-straight BU errors gave CSU a 23-19 advantage.
- Following a CSU error, the Eagles put the match away with another kill by Celestine and an ace by Ashley Roman, who added seven digs during the frame
