2020 Season Schedule

Sherman Reed released the Eagles' 2020 season schedule on Tuesday which features 48 games, including 18 home games to be played at Joe Cannon Stadium. Among the highlights of the schedule are three-game weekend series at The Citadel, UNC Asheville, Villanova and Georgetown.
MEAC baseball will now feature a single division configuration where each team will face off against each other in a three-game series in order to qualify for the MEAC Tournament in Daytona Beach on May 13-16.
CSU opens the new season with 11-straight road games, starting with a three-game series at The Citadel on February 14-16. The Eagles will also make weekday visits to Navy (Feb. 19), Richmond (Feb. 25), George Washington (Feb. 26), Georgetown (Mar. 3) and Lehigh (Mar. 4) before wrapping up the stretch with a weekend slate at UNC Asheville on March 7-8.
Coppin's home opener is set for March 10 against UMBC, but the Eagles will hit the road the very next day for a quick trip to Mount St. Mary's before a three-game series at Villanova on March 13-15.
Saint Peter's makes its first of two trips to the area on March 18 before Coppin plays a three-game series at Georgetown on March 20-22.
MEAC competition starts for the Eagles on March 27-29 at North Carolina A&T before North Carolina Central comes to CSU the following weekend on April 3-5. Elsewhere in the MEAC slate, Coppin will play host to Florida A&M (April 17-19), Maryland Eastern Shore (April 24-26) and Delaware State (May 8-10). The Eagles will play weekend conference series at Bethune-Cookman (April 10-11) and Norfolk State (May 1-3).
Once conference play starts, Coppin will play midweek tilts at home against Mount St. Mary's (April 1), Lehigh (April 21), Saint Peter's (April 22) and La Salle (April 29) while making trips to La Salle (April 8), Towson (April 15) and UMBC (May 6).
