Setting the Nets on FireJanelle Lane picked up where she left off last season with her shooting. She made 50 percent of her shots last season and she opened the year with a 7-for-10 effort against N.C. State. Meanwhile, Swails made all six of her shot attempts against the Wolfpack.

Derek Brown said following the N.C. State. "That's what really got us going. Overall, we didn't play for 40 minutes. We played 28 good minutes. We just have to play consistently for the entire game and rebound better."
