Biography

2020 (Redshirt Sophomore): Started in all nine games and hit .348 (8-for-23) with three runs, a double and three RBI… Slugged .391 to go with a .423 on-base percentage while drawing three walks and adding a sacrifice hit… Had a pair of multi-hit games… Opened season with a hit in the first two games with a run against Charleston Southern… Had a pair of hits in game two against the other CSU… Had a base hit and an RBI in each game at UMBC while scoring a run in game one… End the season with a 2-for-4 effort vs. Saint Peter’s with a run, a double and an RBI.

2018 (Freshman): Received a medical redshirt and missed the entire season.

In high school Soraya played water polo and softball. There she was water polo MVP (2013-2014), softball MVP (2013-2017) and second team all-conference (2013-2017).
