2015 (Junior): Started in all 36 games…stood third on the team in runs (17)…was fourth on the team with a .214 batting average and 21 hits…batted in 12 runs…had four multi-hit games…reached based 11 consecutive times…enjoyed a 10-game hitting streak (Feb. 28-Apr. 6) that earned 12 hits…In a three-game series sweep of UMES (Mar. 31-Apr. 1), she totaled six runs, four hits and seven RBIs…she also had two doubles in the first game against UMES…in the series against Morgan State (May 2-3) she had three hits and two RBIs. Was named to the All-MEAC Softball Academic Team.

2014 (Sophomore): Was named to the All-MEAC Softball Academic Team. Played in nine games and compiled a .333 batting average. Her season was cut short by an injury. She had two hits each against Elon (March 1), Bowie State (March 12) and Mount St. Mary’s (March 15). She also had two doubles and three walks. She drove in two runs against Elon and scored twice in a win against Bowie State. Mendoza registered her only stolen base of the season against Bowie State in the first game of a doubleheader. Her longest hitting streak of the season was three games (Mar. 12-15) and she reached base in four straight games (Rider, Prebyterian, Elon and Dayton). She helped the Eagles qualify for the MEAC tournament for the fifth straight season.
