Breanna Gross is in her second season with the Coppin State women’s basketball program as Director of Academic Advancement and Assistant Recruiting Coordinator after serving as an assistant for Catonsville Community College, who made to it to the Second Round of the 2018 MDJUCO Tournament.

Before accepting the position at Coppin and Catonsville, Breanna served as an assistant for National Christian Academy. She also served as an assistant coach for Team Take Over and FAIRFAX Stars.

Prior to coaching, Breanna was a four-year letterwinner at Academy of the Holy Cross and Surrattsville High School, leading them to State Championship appearances before graduating from Riverdale Baptist in 2010.  
 
Gross continued her basketball career at Garden City Community College, and after graduating with a degree in computer science, furthered her education at Slippery Rock University and Trinity Washington University, where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in early childhood education with a concentration in educational leadership and administration.

Gross later earned a Masters of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University.  Gross will continue her studies at Michigan State for her Ph.D program.
