Sky Carter: Bringing Teamwork and Tenacity to Coppin State
Hailing from Bethesda, Maryland, Sky Carter is a freshman Biology major excited to embark on her journey at Coppin State University. A proud recipient of the Fanny Coppin Jackson Scholarship, Sky brings not only academic excellence but also a winning spirit to the table.
 
The 2023 Maryland Public Secondary School Athletic Association (MPSSAA) Mixed Doubles Champion from Walter Johnson High School, Sky's passion for teamwork and dedication to improvement shine through. Her primary focus is on contributing to the team's success while elevating her own skills.
 
Time management is key for Sky, and she's committed to staying organized to excel both on and off the court. Her parents' unwavering support fuels her drive to reach for the stars. Ms. Carter aspires to be a Medical Doctor and will study Biology.  Sky's ultimate aspiration is to see the team flourish year after year and growing alongside her fellow teammates.
