Biography

2014-15 Indoor: Competed in the 60-meter dash, 200-meter dash and the 60-meter hurdles.
 
2014-15 Outdoor: Qualified for MEAC championships in the 100-meter hurdles and 4 x 100-meter relay. Earned the women’s track team most improved team honor. She ran a career best 14.62 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles at the MEAC Championships. Frederick won the 100-meter hurdles at the Delaware State Hornet Invitational (14.62) and Goucher Invitational (15.59). She was second in the 100-meter hurdles at the University of Delaware Open.
