2024 Outdoor: Ran legs of the 4x100m (46.84) and 4x400m (3:50.72) at the Texas Relays… Clocked a 2:21.76 in the 800m at the Maryland Invitational… Won the 400m (56.07) at the Towson Spring Opener.
 
2023-24 Indoor: Finished second in the 400m (55.73) after clocking a 55.26 n the prelims at the MEAC Championships while leading the 4x400m (3:48.02) to a second-place finish… Helped the 4x400m to second place at the Fastrack National Invite in 3:56.56… Ran a 55.82 in the 400m at the BU Scarlet & White Invite and led the 4x400m to a 3:50.51… Doubled up in the 60m (7.82) and 200m (25.12) at the Carolina Challenge… Won the 500m (1:15.52) at the KPMG HBCU Showcase… Opened with a 7.82 to finish fourth in the 60m at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational.
 
2023 Cross Country: Finished 42^nd overall at the MEAC Championships in 24:34.3.

2022-23 – (Outdoor): Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries where she finished 42^nd in the 400m (55.21)… Finished 2^nd in the 400m (53.70), helped the 4x100m place 2^nd and run a school-record 44.92 while clocking a 3:42.33 to finish 2^nd at the MEAC Championships… Clocked a 2:19.00 in the 800m to take 4^th at the NSU Invitational while running legs of the victorious 4x400m (3:45.79) and 2^nd place 4x100m (45.91)… Took 2^nd in the 400m (54.04) at the South Florida Invitational… Finished 5^th at the Towson Spring Open in the 200m (24.63)… Opened season by taking 2^nd in the 400m (53.88) and helped the 4x100m (45.14) take 3^rd at the Weems Baskin Relays. (Indoor): Placed 2^nd in the 400m (54.40) and 4x400m (3:40.58) while taking 6^th in the 200m (24.50) at the MEAC Championships… Clocked a 24.92 in 200m at the Penn State National Open… Opened season with a 54.98 in the 400m to take 5^th at the Carolina Challenge. (XC): Covered the 6K at the Delaware XC Invitational in 32:56.1… Took 15^th in the DSU Farm Invite in 24:43.6 to open the season. (Academic): College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection… MEAC All-Academic Team prior to cross country, indoor & outdoor championships… MEAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll recipient.
 
2021-22 – (Outdoor): Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 4x400m where she helped the Eagles finish 14^th in 3:38.73… Placed 2^nd in both the 4x100m (45.80) and 4x400m (3:37.34) while placing 4^th in the 400m (53.95) at the MEAC Championships… Helped the Eagles run a school-record in the 4x400m (3:35.70) at Penn Relays… Won the 400m (54.21) at the Morgan State Legacy while leading the 4x400m (3:40.96) to gold… Ran a leg of the victorious 4x400m (3:39.00) at the NSU Invitational… Clocked a 54.29 in the 400m to place 5^th at the Aggie Invitational… Led 4x400m (3:44.20) to gold at the Towson Invitational… Took 4^th in the 4x100m (46.31) at the Weems Baskin Relays… Opened season with a 2:18.83 in the 800m, finishing 2^nd at the Maryland Invitational. (Indoor): Finished 3^rd in the 400m (54.85) and 2^nd in the 4x400m (3:39.73) at the MEAC Championships… Took 2^nd in the 4x400m (3:41.04) and 4^th in the 400m (55.30) at the BU Scarlet & White Invite… Clocked a 7.83 in the 60m and 24.93 in the 200m before helping 4x400m (3:44.43) to a 4^th place finish at Challenge… Won 400m (56.60) and took 2^nd in the 4x400m (3:51.15) at season-opening HBCU Showcase. 2020-21 – (Outdoor): Capped off the season with a 24.86 and 55.33 in the 200m and 400m before helping 4x400m (3:45.05) to 2^nd place at Aggie Twilight… Finished the 400m (55.89) in 7^th at the Virginia Grand Prix… Took 4^th in the 200m (24.6h) at Aggie Classic… Ran leg of 2^nd place 4x100m (46.71) before taking 6^th in 400m (55.16) at Aggie Invitational… Helped 4x100m (46.86) take 3^rd at Towson Invitational… Clocked a 55.77 in the 400m while placing 3^rd in the 4x400m (3:36.90) and 4^th in 4x100m (46.00) at Weems Baskin Relays. (Indoor): Took 2^nd in the 400m (57.36) and 1^st in the 4x400m (3:51.96) at season-opening VMI Team Challenge. (Academic): Earned MEAC All-Academic Team honors prior to Outdoor Championship as Cross Country & Indoor Championships were cancelled due to Covid-19.
 
2019-20 – (Indoor): Finished the 400m in 57.13 at the Rod McCravy Memorial… Won the 400m at the Terrapin Invitational in 57.93. (XC): Finished 54^th at the MEAC Championships in 24:59.6… Placed 6^th in the DSU Pre-Conference Invite in 25:29.1… Made CSU debut at MD Eastern Shore XC Invite in 25:53.3.
