2019-20 (Senior): 1st Team All-MEAC… 2x MEAC Defensive Player of the Week… 1x MEAC Player of the Week… Started in 27 games while appearing in all 29 games… Led CSU in points (11.5 ppg; 15th in MEAC), rebounds (9.2; 3rd in MEAC), defensive rebounds (7.3; 1st in MEAC, 19th in NCAA) and steals (41)… Second on Eagles with 27 blocks and also credited with 31 assists… Made 111-of-358 (31.0%) field goals, 23-of-106 (21.7%) 3-pointers and 89-of-128 (69.5%) free throws… Upped her production in conference games with 13.1 points (10th in MEAC), 10.5 rebounds (3rd in MEAC) and 7.9 defensive rebounds (1st in MEAC)… 2nd in MEAC with 11 double-doubles… Reached double figures in scoring in 17 games with 5 games with at least 20 points… Had at least 10 rebounds in 14 games… Multiple blocks in seven games and was credited with multiple steals in 12 games… Recorded a season-high 22 points three different times (vs. Saint Peter’s, at Marshall, at Norfolk State) and had double-doubles in each of those games… Became school’s all-time leading rebounder during the game against the Peacocks… Her 22 point, 14 rebound performance at the Spartans followed a 21 point effort at South Carolina State (10-of-14 FTs) and she was subsequently named the MEAC Player of the Week… Received back-to-back Defensive Player of the Week accolades on January 28 (14 pts, 8 rebs, 2 blocks vs. Morgan State  / 20 points, 19 rebs, 4 blocks, 5 steals vs. Howard) and February (19 pts, 10 rebs at Delaware State / 19 pts, 15 rebs, 2 blocks, 2 steals at Howard)… Recorded 1,000th career rebound against Norfolk State, becoming the first CSU Player to have 1,000 career points and 1,000 career rebounds.

2018-19 (Junior): MEAC Defensive Player of the Year…Second Team All-MEAC…5x MEAC Defensive Player of the Week…1x MEAC Player of the Week… Started in all 30 games and averaged 36.7 minutes per contest... Averaged 14.5 points and a league-high 11.4 rebounds and 16 double-doubles… Her 11.4 rebounds ranked 12th nationally… Here 9.0 defensive rebounds per game were 6th nationally… Made 123-of-412 (29.9%) field goals, 32-of-131 (24.4%) 3-pointers and a league-high 158-of-218 (72.5%) free throws… Attempted the 10th most FTs in the Nation and made the 16th most… Credited with team-high 48 steals and 35 blocked shots to go with 25 assists… In conference play, averaged 13.8 points and 11.7 rebounds… Reached double figures in scoring in 21 games and in rebounds 20 times… Made at least 10 free throws in five games… Recorded 20 or more points in six games, including 31 points on 9-of-20 shooting and 12-of-13 FTs at Niagara where she also pulled down 22 rebounds to go with a career-high five steals (which she also reached against UAB on 12/20/18) and two assists (12/15)… Grabbed career-high 25 rebounds and scored 15 points against Savannah State (1/5/19)… Made career-high five 3-pointers at Virginia for 21 points (12/2)… Scored 1,000th career point when she went for 26 points (10-of-12 FTs) and 12 rebounds against Delaware State (2/25)… Had at least two blocks in ten games with career-high four at Mississippi State where she also chipped in with 16 points, ten rebounds, four steals and two assists (11/18)… Also had four blocks against Florida A&M to go with 13 points, 22 rebounds and three steals (1/26/19)… Credited with at least two steals in 11 games.

2017-18 (Sophomore): Named All-MEAC 2nd team… Voted Division I Women’s Basketball Hero of the Week after her 34 point, 13 rebound performance against Bethune-Cookman… one MEAC Co-Player of the Week and 2 MEAC Defensive Player of the Week awards… led the MEAC in rebounds averaging 10.8 per game putting her at 16th in NCAA Division 1… Career high of 34 points against Bethune-Cookman… played and started all 29 games of the season… Averaged 13.4 points per game putting her at 11th in the MEAC… Averaged 35.6 minutes per game… second leading scorer for the season… game high of 10 free throws made against Howard and Bethune-Cookman… Game high of 20 rebounds against MD Eastern Shore… Completed the season with 11 double-doubles… Scored in double figures 19 times...

Chance's career ambition is to become a homicide detective.  In high school, she played basketball, soccer, and volleyball. There, she was awarded the Most Athletic (2016). She was also named Ms. Basketball of PG County (2016) and was part of the National Honor Society (2016).
