2024 Outdoor: Finished 20^th in the 800m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a time of 1:53.42… Took fourth in the 800m at the MEA Championships in 1:54.59 after running the top preliminary time of 1:52.56, setting a personal record… Also ran a leg of the 4x400m that took third in 3:10.79… Competed in the SMR at Penn Relays that finished in 3:24.32… Improved his 800m in three-straight weekends, finishing with a 1:55.14 at Morgan State Legacy after winning the event in 1:56.78 at DSU and a runner-up performance at the Bison Classic in 1:57.33… Doubled up in the 200m (22.38) and 400m (49.66) at the Towson Invitational… Clocked a 4:17.70 in the 1,500m at the Maryland Invite… Opened with a 4:16.99 in the 1,500 at the Towson Opener while running a leg of the winning 4x400m Relay (3:15.27).
 
2023-24 Indoor: Finished third in the 800m (1:53.97) and sixth in the DMR (10:32.66) at the MEAC Championships… Broke through in the 800m at the Fastrack National Invite with a 1:54.79, taking sixth overall… Ran a 2:01.41 in the 800m at the BU Scarlet & White Invitational… Clocked a 2:32.05 in the 1,000m at the Carolina Challenge… Took third in the 500m (1:05.10) at the KPMG HBCU Showcase… Opened with a 2:37.38 in the 1,000 at the Youree-Spence Garcia Invitational.
