2018 (Sophomore): 2^nd Team All-MEAC at Designated Hitter/Utility… Started in 29 of 36 games he appeared in at designated hitter and third base… Hit .337 with 21 runs scored, a double, two triples, 13 RBI… Drew 22 walks which helped accumulate a league-high .488 on-base percentage… Successful on five steals… Hit .319 with five RBI in conference play… Recorded nine multi-hit games with four 3-hit games along with a pair of multi-RBI efforts… Opened season with three hits,  a triple and a walk at North Carolina A&T before adding a pair of RBI in game two (2/18)… Two hits at Navy (2/28) and went 6-for-11 in Eastern Kentucky series with four RBI, a triple and three walks (3/2-4)… Went 3-for-3 with 2 runs and three walks in game one at Norfolk State (4/1)… Added three hits in game one against MD Eastern Shore (4/6… Also stole two bases in the game against the Hawks… Scored twice and had two hits at Lehigh (4/25).

Allen's career ambition is to become an orthopedic surgeon. In high school he played baseball, wrestling and golf. There he was underclassman of the year (2015) and District Champ (2013-2015).
