2024 Outdoor: Clocked a personal record 1:50.67 in the 800m to take fifth at the IC4A/ECAC Championships while leading the 4x400m (3:10.07) to the silver… Defended his indoor title in the 800m by finishing in 1:53.00 at the MEAC Championships while taking third in the 4x400m (3:10.79)… Ran a leg of the Sprint Medley at Penn Relays that finished in 3:24.32… Earned the silver in the 800m (1:53.74) at the Morgan State Legacy… Helped the 4x400m advance to finals and take sixth overall at Texas relays in 3:10.22 while also taking 12^th in the 800m (1:52.50)… Placed third in the 400m (49.21) at Maryland Invitational… Opened the season with a win in the 4x400m (3:15.27) while taking third in the 1,500m (4:05.00) at the Towson Spring Opener.
 
2023-24 Indoor: Led the 800m from start to finish for a win at MEAC Championships in 1:51.84 while also anchoring the 4x400m (3:09.88) to a win in school-record fashion… Also took sixth in the DMR (10:32.66) at MEACs… Helped the 4x400m to a win at the 116^th Millrose Games… Clocked a 49.29 in the 400m at the Fastrack National Invite… Took second in he 4x400m (3:11.28) at the BU Scarlet & White Invite while finishing the 800m in 1:53.84… Covered the 800m in 1:53.26 at Penn State National Open… Competed in the 1,000m (2:29.20) to take third at the Carolina Challenge… Took 10^th in the 800m at the KPMG HBCU Showcase in 1:59.77… Opened season by taking third in the 1,000m (2:33.60) at the Youree Spence-Garcia Invitational.
 
2023 Cross Country: Led the team at the MEAC Championships, placing 23^rd in 29:55.3… Opened season with a 5K time of 18:32.2 at the DSU Sting Invitational.

2022-23 – (Outdoor): Finished 3^rd in the 4x400m (3:08.89) at the IC4A Championships… Placed 5^th in the 800m (1:54.87) at the MEAC Championships… Clocked a 1:56.09 in the 800m at the Kehoe Twilight Meet after taking 2^nd in the 800m (1:56.05) at the Morgan State Legacy… Made his CSU debut with a 1:59.24 in the 800m at the NSU Invitational.
