Daniel Moore Hits for the Cycle as Gold Blanks Navy to Take Commanding 3-0 Lead in Fall Series

BALTIMORE – Daniel Moore hit for the cycle and drove in four runs as Team Gold blanked Team Navy, 7-0 at Joe Cannon Stadium to take a 3-0 lead in the Coppin State Baseball Fall Series

TEAM GOLD PITCHING STARS:

Senior John Neeld continued his dominance this fall, throwing four no-hit innings with four strikeouts and no walks.
Freshman Jackson Montgomery earned the save, pitching the final two innings with two strikeouts while allowing no hits.

TEAM GOLD OFFENSIVE STARS:

Transfer Daniel Moore hit for the cycle while driving in four runs and scoring another.
Freshman Braylon Watson went 2-for-2 with a single and double.
Infielder Kai Holm and outfielder Ethan Acevedo also added singles.
