PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Cloe' Ochoa recorded four base hits, including a home run, and drove in four runs to lead the Coppin State softball team to a 9-8 victory in the opener of a doubleheader at Drexel on Thursday afternoon at the Vidas Complex. The Dragons went on to defeat the Eagles in game two, 18-1, as CSU now stands at 11-16 on the season.
A sophomore from Covina, Calif., Ochola went a perfect 4-for-4 and also scored a pair of runs in the opener.

Camille Ochoa started the frame off with a walk and scored on a two-out double by Bowe. Bowe later scored on another base knock by

The Eagles got both runs back and added another in the sixth to go up, 9-2. Brown plated

Cloe' Ochoa then drove in her fourth run with a single, allowing Bowe to score from third. Following a pitching chance,
Megan Brogden singled and
Nicole Ullman hit a long fly ball for a sac fly.
The Dragons got two runs in the sixth with a two-run home run as the lead shrunk to just five runs. Two more home runs in the seventh made it a 9-8 game but Didion got the win by forcing a flyout to left field.
